Who qualifies

A refund is available when all of the following are true:

• your request reaches us within 30 days of the original purchase date;
• you send the request through our contact page or to [email protected];
• you include your order number or the email address you used at checkout.

What is covered

The guarantee applies to every digital product we sell through this Site or through our checkout partners, including any core program and any optional add-on or upgrade. Every product carries the same 30-day window. We do not shorten the window for upgrades.

Digital delivery

Because our products are delivered online and give you immediate access, eligibility is based purely on time: 30 days from the purchase date. It does not matter whether you opened or downloaded the material. We trust our customers to act in good faith, and we ask the same in return.

How to request a refund

Send us a message with:

• your full name;
• the email address you used when you purchased;
• your order number, if you have it;
• the product or products you would like refunded.

We process refunds within 5 to 10 business days of receiving a complete request. The money goes back to the payment method you used originally. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

What is not covered

• purchases made more than 30 days before the request;
• requests that appear fraudulent or abusive, for example repeated refund requests across several purchases;
• chargebacks filed with your bank or card company before you have contacted us. We would much rather fix the problem directly, and we can do it faster.

Payment processing

Payments and refunds are handled by an independent third-party payment processor. Refunds are returned through that processor to the original payment method.
